Ecliptic

Ecliptic Studio fixes one broken workflow at a time, inside the tools a business already uses. AI does the reading, and a person still makes the calls.

Talk it through with Umbra

Tell Umbra what keeps going wrong.

The studio's AI asks a few good questions, plays your problem back in plain words, and tells you honestly whether it's a fit. About five minutes.

How it goes

Three steps, in order

Process design comes first. The software follows from it.

  1. 01 · Diagnosis
    Five business days, and $1,000

A map of how the work moves today, the recommended fix, and a fixed quote for building it. You keep the map either way. The fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead within 30 days.

  2. 02 · Build
One workflow, fixed price, most from $5,000

Built in the tools you already pay for, in your own accounts, including your AI account, so the system stays yours. Two to three weeks for most.

  3. 03 · Handover
A walkthrough video, a one-page guide, and 14 days of fixes

After that, help is $250 an hour with no minimum and no contract.

What it helps with

Service businesses · one workflow at a time
  1. 01
    Stop retyping

Emails, forms and PDFs become organized records automatically.

  2. 02
    Route and approve

Work reaches the right person, with reminders so nothing stalls.

  3. 03
    See where things stand

A simple tracker, built in tools the business already has.

  4. 04
    Let AI do the reading

It sorts, summarizes and pulls out the details. A person still makes the calls.

  5. 05
    Connect two tools

Two systems the business already uses, passing work to each other instead of through a person.

Most of the work starts with a business that has already tried to fix this once: software that was bought and is half-used, a build that stalled, or someone who left and took the process with them.

What it does not do

Stated, not negotiated

Your invoice is created where it always was. The studio's system holds a copy, routes it for approval, tracks whether it was paid, and tells the project manager. The numbers of record never move.

No systems of record for money — tax, audit and reconciliation stay in the accounting system. No patient data. No payroll.

No custom software, no company-wide overhauls, and no support commitment measured in hours. Next business day, in writing, always.
